AOS: AOS nabs tech exec from Dallas as next CEO

Overland Park-based Alexander Open Systems Inc. has tapped a tech executive from Dallas as its next CEO. Jon Groves succeeds Grant Cynor, who resigned in May but has continued to work for the company until the end of the year. AOS co-founder and chairman Gary Alexander has been interim CEO since May and will work closely with Groves throughout the next year.
