We get some feedback that people like the idea of organic products for their children and friends as well as family members, however, the cost or price of organic products are just too high. Pollution is an interesting cost variable(s) since it is hidden, or so we think, pollution is free. There is no cost to destroying our air, water supply or other creatures who cannot live in a polluted environment. Most of us are guilty of passing the cost of pollution downstream or to the next generation. Organic products may cost more and the operative word is may. The difference is that the organic cost is a part of the product price versus the 'low cost products made in China" that defer an unknown pollution cost into the future. My bet is the cost of cleanup and the health costs would make ultimately make organic look like a great value, especially if we had to live next to these pollution generating operations..
