Pantheryx has acquired APS BioGroup in Phoenix. The Boulder, Colorado-based company makes and markets DiaResQ, designed to address acute infectious diarrhea, a leading cause of death worldwide among children under the age of 5. Bovine colostrum is a key ingredient in DiaResQ, which is why PanTheryx bought APS BioGroup, a producer of colostrum, the pre-milk substance that is produced by all mammals.
