Arbor Brewing: Bigalora owners buy Arbor Brewing, to expand operations

Dustin Walsh - The owners behind Bigalora Wood Fired Cucina and Michigan Hop Alliance today closed on a deal to acquire Ann Arbor-based craft brewer Arbor Brewing Co. Financial terms of the 10-year agreement were not disclosed. Farm + Ferment, the holding company for Bigalora and several other entities, formed ABC Brew Holding LLC to acquire Arbor Brewing's brewpub in Ann Arbor and ABC Brew Production LLC to acquire Arbor's Corner Brewery and brewhouse in Ypsilanti.
