ARC Group: Jacksonville restaurant group acquires Tampa Bay-based WingHouse Bar & Grill

Jacksonville-based restaurant holding company ARC Group, the parent company of Dick's Wings & Grill, announced this week it acquired the Tampa Bay-based WingHouse Bar & Grill concept in a multimillion-dollar deal. ARC will be paying $12 million in cash and another $6 million in stock to take over the 24 WingHouse locations in Florida.
