Architel: Houston tech company acquires Dallas firm

Houston-based Centre Technologies, a privately owned enterprise technology consulting company, has acquired Dallas-based managed services provider Architel. Terms of the deal were not disclosed, and the deal closed the week of June 6, according to a statement. Founded in 2001, Architel provides infrastructure management, network support and monitoring, and desktop support, among other services.
