Their submissions in this product category: "Chocolate Cake Mix," "Pancake and Waffle Mix," "Cinnamon Crunch Muffin & Crumb Cake Mix," "Oatmeal Cookie Mix," "Chocolate Chip Cookie Mix" and "Fudge Brownie Mix" were all judged superior in Northern California by a panel of Masters of Taste selected by Chefs In America.The protocols of "triple blind" judging include the following ground rules to ensure accurate and fair judging results.Evaluators do not know:1. Who the manufacturer is2. What the product variety or appellation is3. What the other evaluators' scores and comments are during evaluationThe American Masters Of Taste judging panel agreed that, "Ardenne Farm has created a product line of baking mixes that surpassed our expectations for superior taste and for presentation."This judging was a part of the on-going U.S.A.
