Arnold Oil: Arnold Oil to vacate prime Sixth Street property

Arnold Oil, a holdout industrial company on East Sixth Street, has announced plans to close and move to a new, larger location on Burleson Road in South Austin. The move will put a large piece of property into play for development and Houston-based development company Transwestern is reportedly in talks to purchase the 4.1 acres.
