Many of you have noticed, and taken advantage of our "REQUEST SAMPLE" form. This can be a great tool when you're looking for the right bag for you. We are happy to provide our customers with samples; either from us or the mills, depending upon availability. This service is not just a way for us to be friendly, it serves two very important functions. First, it lets you see the quality and suitability of the products you're interested in. After trying out a sample you can order with confidence. Knowing that the product you're ordering fits your needs both in function and style. Secondly, and this benefits us both, it reduces the bothersome process of returns. No one likes to be disappointed in an order. And, waiting on returns and new products can be time consuming and inconvenient. Ordering with confidence, after evaluating a sample, can eliminate this all together. Here are some guidelines when making sample requests: 1) Be specific. It is always best if you know the size and color of the item you're looking for. If you're having trouble deciding on a size, let us know the dimensions of the item(s) you'll be putting into the bag. We'll try to find a good fit. Please be specific with size measurements rather than just a description. Our idea of "small" might be different that yours. 2) Let us know your priorities. For example, is size more important than color? This can have an effect on available products. 3) Be sure to provide us with your complete shipping address.
