ARS: Charlotte-based AmWINS completes second acquisition of 2019

AmWINS Group Inc. announced Monday its acquisition of Atlantic Risk Specialists, a full-service wholesaler that represents more than 200 insurance markets. It is Charlotte-based AmWINS' second acquisition of 2019. ARS has expertise in construction risks, workers compensation and professional lines, and is comprised of two entities: Atlantic Risk Specialists Inc. and ARS-Latiff LLC.
