ARS: PE-backed ARS appoints chief commercial officer

Eleanor, West Virginia-based Appalachian Railcar Services LLC, a provider of railcar repair, railcar storage, plant loading and unloading, and short line switching operation, has appointed Michael Obertop as chief commercial officer.
