Arshiya: Arshiya Limited Announces Alleged Default Notice by One of the Financial Creditors of the Company

Arshiya Limited inform that one of the financial creditors of the Company has filed an application under section 7 of the IBC Code, 2016 claiming alleged default amount of INR 215.5 million including outstanding principal loan amount of INR 96.6 million. The Company will initiate necessary steps to defend the aforesaid proceedings.
