Arxan: Three companies, including one in California, combine to form Plano business with TPG backing

There's a new tech company based in Plano - the result of a tie-up between three companies with backing from TPG. Digital.ai has been created out of the combination of Georgia-based CollabNet VersionOne, Virginia-based XebiaLabs, and San Francisco-based Arxan Technologies, according to an announcement on Wednesday. The firm provide services help with the processes around software development and security. CollabNet VersionOne was acquired by TPG in September of 2019, a spokesperson said....
