Ashford: Hotel Manager Ashford to Pay $470,000 to Settle Data Breach Suit

Ashford Inc. would pay $470,000 to settle allegations it negligently failed to protect the personal information of nearly 46,000 people in a 2023 data breach, under a proposed deal a federal court has initially approved.
