Aspen Electronics: APC Technology raises £2.5m as it gobbles up Aspen Electronics

Specialist electronic components and systems services company APC Technology Group announced the acquisition of Aspen Electronics and a placing and subscription of 37,563,591 new ordinary shares at 6.75p each, to raise around £2.54m before expenses, on Wednesday.
