Aston Hotels & Resorts: Aston Waikiki Beach Hotel sells for $200M

Inland American Lodging Group Inc. had paid about $183 million for the Aston Waikiki Beach Hotel, whose tenants include Tiki's Grill & Bar and Wolfgang Puck Express, in 2014, a year before spinning off its hospitality asset portfolio as Xenia Hotels & Resorts.
