Atlas Lighting Products: Cincinnati manufacturer completes largest acquisition yet

LSI Industries Inc. has made the biggest buy in its history with its latest acquisition. The Cincinnati-based lighting and graphics company (Nasdaq: LYTS) has purchased Burlington, N.C.-based Atlas Lighting Products Inc. with a cash payment of $96.9 million and 200,000 five-year warrants to purchase LSI common stock at $9.95.
