Atomation: St. Louis startup taps former Emerson executive as CEO

Atomation, a St. Louis-based business-to-business technology startup that connects physical objects to the "internet of things," has tapped former Emerson Electric executive Steve Hassell as CEO. Hassell replaces Guy Weitzman, a co-founder of the company. Weitzman will remain at Atomation as chief platform/product officer. Hassell previously had joined the startup as an adviser.
