ATRP Solutions: One of Greater Cincinnati's largest private companies makes acquisition

One of the largest private companies in Greater Cincinnati has acquired a Pittsburgh-based manufacturer. Sharonville-based Pilot Chemical Co. announced Tuesday it purchased ATRP Solutions, Inc., which develops and manufactures multi-functional polymer materials. The acquisition expands Pilot's proprietary technologies in the oil field chemicals, lubricant additives and paints and coatings markets.
