The portal has been developed for Financial Controllers and Payroll Officer's/Managers, to provide enhanced transparency and a consolidated view of your payroll data that otherwise would require a lot of manual effort to extract.As a Financial Controller you need to ensure good governance and effective controls and as a Payroll Officer you are designated by the organisation to be the day to day operational contact for payroll matters. The portal provides visual insights of data driven trends that will give you more confidence when making crucial business decisions and track important business processes.The widgets available on the portal will explore the underlying behaviour of employees as well as be a point of awareness for any changing aspects of your business. This will aid in ensuring proper risk mitigation plans are in place and resources are appropriately allocated if any unwanted trends are noticed.
