Avanco Resources: Avanco warns of cuts at Antas

Copper miner Avanco has warned shareholders that it might scale back operations at its Antas openpit mine, in Brazil, due to a nation-wide truck driver strike. The miner said on Wednesday that a prolonged strike could adversely impact the supply of consumables for mining and processing operations at Antas, while also delaying the transport of copper concentrate to the port.
