Avatar Solutions Blog A Day of Best Practice Sharing: Avatar's Pacific Northwest Roundtable

Healthcare professionals from eight Avatar client organizations recently gathered at The Polyclinic's Madison Center in Seattle, Washington for an inaugural user group roundtable event. The event provided an opportunity for these clients to share best practices and network with their peers in the Pacific Northwest.Over the course of six hours, attendees shared current initiatives, challenges, and best practices they are using to ensure their employees consistently deliver high-quality patient experiences during every encounter. As a result of the event, attendees left with new ideas and programs they can use to further enhance the patient experience in their organizations every day, as well as some great peer connections.In this article, we will share some of the key lessons and takeaways from the event.
