Avention: Concord software firm acquired by B2B giant Dun & Bradstreet

Concord-based business-data firm Avention, maker of the OneSource software platform, has been acquired by Dun & Bradstreet for $150 million. Avention provides sales, marketing and research professionals with data on millions of companies worldwide. It was known as OneSource Information Services before renaming itself in 2014 following its acquisition of sales intelligence company SalesQuest.
