Aventura Hospital & Medical Center: Aventura to vote on two medical office building projects

The Aventura City Commission will vote on two proposed medical office building projects at its Nov. 3 meeting. Both would be located near the busy Aventura Hospital & Medical Center. KVVS Investors, managed by Kevin Faith, wants to build a 12-story, 114,164-square-foot medical office building at 2801 N.E. 213th Street.
