Last week we had the opportunity to spend a couple days down in gorgeous Huntington Beach at the Hyatt Hotel for the Active Collective trade show. It gave us a chance to catch up with some of our current vendors and to also scout out new brands for you guys. We are continually impressed with the new ways these designers have been able to create such fashion-forward yet still functional apparel for all your gym-to-street needs. As predicted, mesh is still very strong in the upcoming seasons, as well as color-blocking, bold prints, and textured leggings. One of the brands that stood out to us at this show is Koral Activewear, designed by Ilana Kugal. Ilana drew inspiration for her next two collections from Japanese Warriors and Biker babes, which can only mean one thing...these designs are smokin' HOT. Another favorite was our girls at Strut-This, who are known for their buttery soft fabrications of their leggings and gorgeous yet subtle prints and they did not disappoint with their new collections. You can expect a lot of what you've come to love from them as well as some gorgeous knits that pair back to super cute bottoms and some insanely soft loungewear that you'll never want to take off.
