Baileynurseries: Bailey Nurseries almost doubles footprint in deal for Oregon grower

Bailey Nurseries Inc., a Cottage Grove-based grower of bushes, trees and other plants for the landscaping industry, is buying Carlton Plants of Dayton, Ore. Greenhouse Grower reports on the deal, which will expand Bailey's operations to the West Coast and will more than double its amount of farming acreage. Terms weren't disclosed.
