Bandit Blog What’s your favorite part about being a barista at Bandit?

Enough from us...what about the baristas who you know, love and interact with daily! We asked our baristas a few questions, starting with “what’s your favorite part about being a barista at Bandit.” … Hint...it’s you :) There are two things that make my job as a barista at Bandit so enjoyable, One would be that I stand behind the coffee that we sell. I also enjoy talking to customers because I know that not only will they remember their experience at Bandit but they will find that their drink was just as wonderful as the service. Two I enjoy the platform to be creative, and have things that pop into my head possibly become a reality. - Sapphira Being able to connect with guests without the aspects of a normal cafe routine. It takes a special ability to connect with guests without taking their orders beforehand in the Bandit world. I love the fact that going above and beyond and coming up with different ways to make that connection is intriguing.  - Quincince
