Chad Harkness has been in banking since 1999 and was most recently vice president and consumer/commercial loan officer at InSouth Bank. He is currently a board member for the Millington Family YMCA and a YoungLife Leader for North Shelby/Tipton Counties. He is a former board member for the Millington Area Chamber of Commerce and has served on various committees at Tipton-Rosemark Academy. Harkness is a graduate of Leadership Millington.
