Baxter: Multiple Baxter County Arrests over the Weekend

According to the Baxter County Sheriff's department a 36 year old male, Jose Alberto Martinez-Paz from Bull Shoals was arrested and booked into the Baxter County Jail on charges of Theft of property a class a misdemeanor, residential Burglary, and 2nd degree criminal mischief he is being held on a $25,000 bond and is scheduled to appear in court on April 7th. Katarina Gessler a 20-year-old female from Bull Shoals was arrest for Careless and Prohibited driving, Driving too fast for conditions, purchase or possession of alcohol by a minor and no seat belt.
