John Glabach will lead the growth and expansion of Bay West as the new Chief Executive Officer (CEO). John comes to Bay West with more than 25 years of diverse leadership experience within the environmental and engineering industry. His experience includes federal, commercial/industrial, as well as state and local government agencies which is a perfect fit for Bay West’s business. John holds both a Bachelor of Science and a Master of Engineering in Civil Engineering with an emphasis in water resources.
