BDCA: Business Development Corporation of America Buys Stake in $800 Million Triangle Capital Portfolio

BDCA, a non-traded BDC previously affiliated with AR Global and currently managed by Benefit Street Partners-affiliate BDCA Adviser LLC, purchased a 24 percent stake in an investment portfolio sold by Triangle Capital Corporation (NYSE: TCAP), a publicly traded business development company.
