Beacon Partners: Construction starts at Metrolina Logistics Park later this year

We now know what the first building in the Metrolina Logistics Park will look like. Beacon Partners released a rendering of the building this afternoon showing the architectural style for the park, which will eventually contain 1.2 million square feet in multiple buildings. The distribution park will be built on the site of the Metrolina Tradeshow Expo in north Charlotte, which holds its last event in June.
