Beacon Partners: Spec building No. 2 planned for Concord industrial park

A Charlotte real estate firm is starting a second shell building in a 146-acre business park near the Concord Regional Airport. Beacon Partners has started construction on a 309,536-square-foot speculative building in RiverOaks Corporate Center, which should be ready for the next phase of construction during the second quarter of 2016, says Jon Morris, a partner in the firm.
