(the "Corporation" or "Bearing") is pleased to announce that the Supreme Court of British Columbia has granted a final order approving the previously announced plan of arrangement (the "Arrangement") with Lithium Power International Limited ("LPI")(ASX:LPI) and LPI Canada Holdings Ltd. The Arrangement was approved by the Bearing shareholders, optionholders and warrantholders on October 28, 2022.
