BELO: 17-story Belo Building in downtown Dallas is sold

The 17-story Belo Building in downtown Dallas has been sold to an international business and investment group after being on the market for several months. The Dallas Morning News reported that the building at 400 S. Record St., across from Union Station, could be in for a major upgrade.
