BentoBox: Online restaurant platform BentoBox to be acquired

Financial and payments technology company Fiserv Inc. has reached a deal to acquire online restaurant platform BentoBox and plans to integrate it with its Clover point-of-sale system. Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.
