Best Western International: Developer breaks ground on hotel near Red Ventures headquarters

OHM Hotels has broken ground on a 105-room, four-story hotel as part of Red Venture's campus headquarters. The hotel, TownePlace Suites by Marriott, is expected to open in March 2017. Marketed toward extended-stay guests, the hotel - at the intersection of Highway 521 and Red Ventures Drive, at 521 Corporate Park - will feature studio, one- and two-bedroom suites with full-size kitchens as well as separate living and sleeping areas.
