Beth's Country Primitive Home Decor Blog Slow Cooker Easy Loaded Baked Potato Soup

I make this recipe a lot. It's easy and makes for a very hearty meal.Ingredients:1 bag of frozen shredded hashbrowns1 box of chicken broth 32oz1 can cream of chicken soup 10.5oz1 block of cream cheese (cut into cubes for easier melting)1 package of shredded cheddar (1.5-2 cups)1 package of bacon bitsPlace all items on slow cooker and cook over high heat for 4 hours. Stirring occasionally as the cream cheese melts. You can garnish with more bacon bits, cheese or sliced green onions, if you wish.*You can make it healthier by choosing low sodium broth & cream of chicken soup (or make your own), low fat cream cheese and cheddar. You can also use fresh, cooked, crumbled bacon.
