BI-LO: BI-LO bounces back with 5 remodeled stores in the Upstate

Southeastern Grocers, parent company to BI-LO, has emerged from bankruptcy with a plan to freshen up 100 of its roughly 575 stores nationwide. This includes five BI-LO stores in the Upstate.
