Big R: Big R to open first Wisconsin store in former Burlington Kmart

Fox River Plaza shopping center in Burlington has landed Wisconsin's first Big R store. Big R - which has locations in Indiana, Ohio and Illinois - will open in an approximately 83,500-square-foot space that's been vacant since its last tenant, Kmart, shuttered in 2011.
