The Bilmar Beach Resort, a 165-unit complex in Treasure Island, has changed hands in a $16.4 million transaction. Clearview Hotel Capital LLC, based in Newport Beach, Calif., and WHI Real Estate Partners, based in Chicago, bought the hotel from TI Resort LLC of Cleveland, Bay News 9 reported.
