Magadh Sugar & Energy Limited announced that Mr. Sudershan Bajaj, Chief Financial Officer and Key Managerial Personnel has resigned from the services of the Company vide his letter dated July 25, 2024, due to personal reasons. Mr. Sudershan Bajaj shall be relieved from the services of the Company at close of business hours on July 31, 2024.
