Patterson Park's Bistro Rx is scaling back its hours as the restaurant transitions to new ownership. Owner Wayne Mahaffey said the eatery, which serves modern American fare across the street from the park at 2901 E. Baltimore St., will be open in the evenings until Feb. 16 and then will open only for Saturday and Sunday brunch in the weeks to follow.
