BKI: Middleby to acquire Standex Cooking Solutions Group

The Middleby Corp., Elgin, Ill., entered into a definitive agreement to acquire Standex International’s Cooking Solutions Group, which consists of the APW Wyott, Bakers Pride, BKI and Ultrafryer brands.
