BL Restaurant Operations: Bar Louie opens at Brookfield Square

Bar Louie opens its new Brookfield Square location at 11 a.m. Thursday. The restaurant developed a 6,500-square-foot space on the east side of the shopping center. Bar Louie replaced Blackfinn Ameripub. Elsewhere in the area, Bar Louie operates venues on Water Street in Milwaukee and at Bayshore Town Center in Glendale, according to its website.
