TOMBALL, TEXAS - Black Bear Diner will open a 5,250-square-foot restaurant at the intersection of State Highway 249 and the Grand Parkway in the northern Houston suburb of Tomball. Andrew Alvis represented the landlord, NewQuest Properties, in the lease negotiations on an internal basis. Matt Parsons of JLL represented the tenant.
