Black Mountain Resources: Black Mountain step change takes effect

Junior Black Mountain Resources has completed its restructure, disposing of its interest in the Namekara vermiculite mine, and changing its name to Hipo Resources. Black Mountain in February this year flagged a change in direction to focus on its lithium farm-in agreement in the Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC), and disposing of the Namekara mine, in Uganda, in exchange for the cancellation of some A$5.5-million in debt.
