Black Mountain Systems: Vista will buy Black Mountain

Vista Equity Partners will acquire San Diego-based Black Mountain Systems LLC, a provider of workflow software solutions to credit investors and alternative asset managers. No financial terms were disclosed. Stone Point Capital LLC will exit Black Mountain upon the closing of the deal. Jefferies LLC served as financial adviser to Black Mountain on the transaction while SunTrust Robinson Humphrey did likewise for Vista.
