Blake Real Estate: Blake Real Estate Announces 163,917 SF Lease To Veterans Affairs At 1800 G St., NW, Washington, DC

Blake Real Estate, Inc. announced that the Department of Veterans Affairs has leased 163,917 square feet at 1800 G Street, NW.  The renewal and five-year lease-extension contract was overseen by the GSA.  The 608,000-square-foot building is also home to various other government agencies and The World Bank.  Blake was represented in the transaction by its in-house leasing group.  Howard Traul with Jones Lang LaSalle represented the VA.
