Troubleshooting our Window LED signs CNT series:Problem: When I send my message, I get an error "Command failed:Timeout"Fix: Press the "Sear" button. The icon that looks like a magnifying glass. Always press the "Sear" button whenever you unplug a wire or open Power LED.Problem: "No Panel be detected" appears when pressing the the "Sear" buttonFix: Install the USB converter driver. You can find the driver on the USB flash drive or on the backup CD under the folder name "USB Converter Drivers". If this doesn't help, check the device manager. See the screen shot below:Problem: When I send my program I get a Zone overlapping.Fix: A Zone Overlapping is when you have 2 or more messages in the program which is overlapping one another. To solve this problem, point your cursor on the preview screen, right click on the edge of the text box and adjust the size of the screen. Or adjust it using the Text Options shown in the second screen shot below:You might also need to re-adjust the text size to fit on the screen.Example:Problem: How to fix Scrambled message, pile of lines, block message, or message isn't aligned correctly on your window LED sign.Fix: Panel settings are incorrect. To fix:1.) Go to "Tools(T)"2.) Click on "Panel Setup"3.)Password is "168" and press OK.4.) Your panel setup screen should appear. Look at your manual page 7. Input the exact panel setup as shown on your manual. It must be exactly as shown on Page7. Depending on what CNT you've purchased, manual and version will be different. If you lost your manual, look at the back of your sign. There's a sticker with a version number listed.5.) Press "Setup".Using a flash drive, here are the steps:1.) Go to "Tools(T)"2.) Click on "Panel Setup..."3.) Password is "168" and press OK.4.) Your panel setup screen should appear. Look at your manual page 7. Input the exact panel setup as shown on your manual. It must be exactly as shown on Page7. Depending on what CNT you've purchased, manual and version will be different. If you lost your manual, look at the back of your sign. There's a sticker with a version number listed.5.) Press "Setup".6.) It may show "command fail" (this is okay). Just close the setup screen. (To confirm the setup was saved, go back to the panel setup. It should have stored your edited panel settings.)7.) Press "Exp" button on the top tab list.8.) "Export to USB Disk", check on the "Include panel parameters".9.) Password is "168" and press OK.10.) Press "save". A blue message "Save project succeed." should be listed. Then press close.11.) Unplug the USB Flash Drive. Then plug your USB Flash Drive into your sign.12.) On your sign, your message will eventually say "OK!". Once it displays, unplug the USB and it should be updated.Problem: When I exported from the USB Flash Drive it did not update.Fix: Try reformatting the USB Flash Drive (to FAT32 or FAT). Or find the folder name "POWERLED" on your Flash Drive and delete it (including the files inside). Then retry exporting your message.
